A toolkit for angel investment syndication via special purpose vehicles and acceleration of first-time fund managers, focused on women-led funds in Asia.
This toolkit will become the first trusted open-source and efficient syndication model reference to crowd and deploying early-stage investments in SEA, and at the same time, promoting inclusion through gender and diversity lens by involving more women and next generation of investors in the region.
We are targeting regional investors and first-time investors, early-stage entrepreneurs, and ESOs and angel investment networks.
Investors are able to access and navigate legal structure alternatives, breakdown cost and resources needed, case studies and best practices, and directory of key resources (e.g. deal sourcing partners, legal counsel, potential co-investors).
