A regional climate-tech angel investment support network and brokerage facility, focused on mobilising blended early stage capital to SGBs working on climate solutions.
Climate Angels Network (CAN) provides investment syndication support services to local angel investment networks through a deal-flow centric platform to catalyse early-stage capital into climate tech startups in South and Southeast Asia.
CAN achieves this by supporting local angels in catalysing the first few cleantech deals.
We deliver this value by creating pre-vetted climate techdeal flow and showcasing the same during biannual investment summits, monthly pitch days, investor education workshops, regional research briefs and networking opportunities with key stakeholders in the climate tech ecosystem.
To ensure the quality of startups and their investment readiness, pitch readiness and due diligence processes are undertaken for the selected startups.
MEET THE TEAM
CAN held two Climate Tech Investment Summits in September 2021. The first was tailored to Emerging South Asia, with a focus on Bangladesh and Pakistan. The second was tailored to Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
